When Noor called me to make an appointment for a photo shoot, she mentioned to me that she needed the photo for Hari Raya. It reminded me that Hari Raya was just around the corner.

I am not a muslim, hence Hari Raya is just a holiday for me. I missed the time when I could join my muslim friends for breaking fast during their one-month-long fasting. However, after they promoted in their careers, they hardly have time to have a proper meal.

Ok, back to the photo shoot with Noor and her family. When I met up with her and her family, I instantly felt the festive mood–they were wearing new clothes, they had their torch and green packets — all the must-have stuffs on Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

It was a fun moment with this family, especially Noor’s brothers, 3 of them were so energetic though the photo shooting was done during their fasting month.

I am taking this opportunity to wish all muslims Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
